UK DELIVERY

We offer FREE delivery on MerryLume orders across the United Kingdom.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, particularly during busy seasonal periods.

ORDER PROCESSING

Once your order has been placed, it will be prepared for dispatch as quickly as possible.

You will receive an order confirmation by email after your purchase has been completed.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address provided when placing your order.

You can use your tracking information to follow the progress of your delivery.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after your order has been dispatched.

CHRISTMAS & PEAK SEASON

During November, December and other high-demand periods, carriers may experience higher parcel volumes.

We recommend ordering as early as possible before Christmas to reduce the risk of carrier delays.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

DELIVERY ISSUES

If your tracking information shows that your parcel has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around your property and with other members of your household or neighbours where appropriate.

If you still cannot locate your order, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

DELAYS

While we aim for delivery within 2–3 business days, unexpected carrier delays can occasionally occur.

MerryLume cannot guarantee an exact delivery date where delays are caused by the shipping carrier or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
